By inserting following line in the TRK file, ORTSUserPreferenceForestClearDistance ( 2 ), you can remove trees from the track.
Is it also possible to remove bushes?

Any shape that uses forest region to define them will be removed from the right of way

Hi,
I used the replace shape function in Route Riter to replace treelines on a route project. As a result, there are several locations on route that have trees on track. I take it that putting the tree exclusion entry in the OR track file wouldn’t resolve this situation.

Correct. The shapes you replaced most likely have a different 'pivot' or 'origin' point location and are not Forest Objects.

Thanks jan111,
I needed to be reminded of this fix for a recently installed route.
Regards Geoff.
