Is it possible to use $triggers or $forms in pools? I intend to send whole trains (not only single locomotives) to a pool. Unfortunately the trainsets have no reverse cabview, so that another consist is needed when a train is retrieved from the pool.

No, it is not possible to use either $triggers or $forms in a pool. The whole concept is that a pool only contains similar type of trains, and therefor it does not matter which train is selected from a pool. By the way, this does not mean the trains have to be exactly the same, but they must be interchangeable. For instance, I have pools where different types of MU are stored, but the services originating from these pools can be run by all of these different types.
In your situation, I assume you send loco-hauled trains into a pool. These trains should be propelled by the engine either when going in or coming out of the pool, and somewhere along the line the engine must be run round or exchanged.
The alternative is to just stable the trains, but then you have to keep track of which train is positioned on which track.

The trains that I intend to send to a pool are loco-hauled passenger trains, with a control cab coach at the rear end. So there is no need for run-round the locomotive, but $triggers would provide to change the consist, as the rolling stock unfortunatley has no reverse cabviews and therefore are required separate consists per each direction:
•from destination A to B: locomotive in front of train and control cab coach at rear, but only defined as carriage, destination display ‚B‘
•from destination B to A: a control cab car in front, defined as locomotive, and a locomotive at rear, destination display ‚A‘

Is there a possibility to realize this situation?

Btw: Have the trains shown there: Link (post #6)
a reverse cabview?

What you could do is stop the train just short of the pool (just before the start of the access path), either when on its way in or on its way out, and form a new train using $triggers at that stop. That way you only have to drive the train from the wrong cab for the short distance from the pool to that stop, either when going in or coming out of the pool.
A rear cabview would ofcourse sort the problem once and for all.

Thanks for that idea. I have tried it and it works ok.
