Guys look at this log. It's look terrible. From several years I have drive on this route but this time I don't know what happens. Main bug is after 1 minute or 2 simulation looses sounds. In log it's look like this "
Warning: Sound stream activation failed at number 62".
What is going on here. Sms files are fine. I was driving this route earlier and there was no problem with sounds.

There's only one possible conclusion : your route files are somehow corrupted.
Remove all and reinstall is the only thing I can suggest here.

I'm also getting this message. It appears to be due to the recent removal of OpenAL32.dll from the OR Program folder. Was this intentional?

if so, have you installed OpenAL using the installer from here https://www.openal.org/downloads/ ?
There should be a warning message when starting OpenRails(.exe) if it doesn't find OpenAL.

No, I haven't. Is this now a requirement? Looking at the log it does say OpenAL not found.

Removed by Merge pull request #39 from perpetualkid.

did you run OpenRails.exe, or just started Menu.exe? If the former, you should have seen a message when OpenAL is not installed, and a link to the download. As we want to support both 32bit and 64bit going forward, we need to rely on the original installer instead of just arbitrary copying some dlls with OR.

this is on purpose, and in the same step the Launcher has been updated to check for these new requirements

Maybe this is worth to be written in a post in the News section of the forum, together with the new requirement of the presence of .Net 4.7.2.

I start OR with OpenRails.exe and have had no prompt since OpenAL is installed on my system. I've just re-installed it from a new download and still have the problem of "Warning: Sound stream activation failed at number 62". OR will not allocate any more than 62 sound streams. In the log I have the message "Information: Initialized OpenAL 1.1; device 'Software' by 'Creative Labs Inc.".

I am, I believe, running a clean copy of OR (no mods) which I've built using VS 2017 from my own repository. My next move will be to re-clone the OR repository to make sure the repository is absolutely clean.
