Is it somehow possible to have changing weather in timetable mode, too?

Not yet.
What is being prepared is that for timetable mode, weather can be set using a 'weather file' which will allow definition of all aspects of the weather (except wind). Much of the code is already implemented, but it has not yet been properly tested. That is why it was not officially included in the last major update. Also still lacking are the file selection in the menu and a proper manual for the weather file definitions. I hope to get back to it soon but it will still take some time before it will become available.
