I am questioning with all these errors need to be included in the log file. Often more than half of the errors are concerting single axle bogies making it difficult to focus on the errors to need to be considered.

I'm a little late to the party but I can confirm that the "virtual wheel axle" error report does NOT affect the game at all. I run a few UK routes and am now used to many such error lines on the report log.
