Hi!

I was just trying to implement a cab light in my 3D cab by creating a CabLight subfolder with bright textures. Hitting the L key didnt change anything. At first I was surprised but on second thought I realzed that in 3D cabs which are rendered according to the ambient lighting conditions it isn‘t as simple as with 2D- Cabs, where it is enough to show brighter bitmaps.
Am I doing something wrong or are there any considerations how to get a working cab light?
I know there are more imprtant features, but it would be nice anway.

Kind Regards
Stefan

At the moment... Unfortunately the 3D cab doesn't support "L" key features as 2D Cabs do... However 3D cabs do support the loading of NIGHT textures through use of ESD_Alternative parameter. It automatically changes the textures for night at set time... :)

And neither option works very well. I hope we can get additive lightmaps in the future. Then we wouldn't have that awkward day/night change where it's still fairly light out but everything that isn't lit suddenly looks like it's midnight.
