can not use dispatchviewer in new monogame Rate Topic: -----

In Monogame ver. 1.3E, when I press Ctrl+9 and Alt+Tab I can hoover over the OpenRails icon in the taskbar and bring up the dispatchviewer window and then again hoover over the icon to bring back the OpenRails window.
But in Monogame, both in xmas and new year version, when I press Ctrl+9 and Alt+Tab I only get the dispatchviewer icon in the taskbar and I can not return to the OpenRails window. OpenRails does not appear in the Windows Task Manager either, so I have to restart to stop OpenRails from running.
