Hi Carlo ! Again I thank you for the upgrade as always . I appreciate what you do for OR and MG very much . Without your enthusiasm , terrific efforts and your devotion to these platforms I don't think they would be anyways near where they are today . Thanx Again - - It is truly appreciated !

Hi Carlo,

FYI: The New Years version seems to have an issue with activities that play WAV files at wait points - advanced ORTS waypoints... When the WAV file is called the activity crashes to desktop... Worked fine in the XMAS release of ORTS Monogame...

- change of the font family and dimension for the digital displays in 2D cabs

Will this mean that we can "rotate" digital cabview items?

Have you compile youre testprogram with vs2017? (it is in case 4GB/vstools way)

Greetz,

Stijn

Appreciation is always welcome, thank you all!

@scottb613: thanks for having spotted out the bug: I have now corrected it; a corrected release can now be downloaded at the same link. Also the dev kit has been updated at the same link.

@Stijn: nothing related to font rotation has been added; yes, I use VS2017.

That means that youre vs2017 have right tools and code for make a 4GB compiling?

A ORTS function for rotating the DIGITAL text or ORTSFont, will be great.

Some cabviewpanel are not straight, result is that digital display not mach on the display's where it must be.

On Elvas forum here, is a topic about that.

Hi Carlo,

Just how I enjoy Monogame ORTS - I have ReShade loaded and it looks great - but I’m not sure if it gets captured on video - I know when taking screenshots - I need to use the ReShade screenshot function to capture it...

A new release is available at the usual site, that is http://www.interazio..._NewYear_MG.zip .
This release has been generated under Git.
Changes to preceding release are:
- addition of patch concerning RP position for http://www.elvastowe...gons-uncoupled/
- small improvement in platform/level crossing trainspotter camera (Shift-4).

The development kit is no more updated, as everything is present in the GitHub repository https://github.com/C...ucci/openrails/ .

Hi Carlo,

Thanks so much !

One quick question - is the intent still to move to Monogame at some point in the future ?

ReShade and better frame rates is such a game changer for me...

Regards,
Scott

Yes, the intent is to move to Monogame not far from now, depending from how much time developers find for such task and from how many problems remain to solve.

Scott, do you have a "drop in" setup for Reshade that can be shared? Or does each machine need it's own individual configuration?
