Hello,

On, the options menu there is a function "Graduated release air brakes"

But than you have this on all trains, and i have trains with this system, and trains without that system.

I prefer to have this link with a .ENG command.

On 1 of brake systems commands: graduated_release_triple_valve can be solution for have this function on specific locomotives , what can be better is link

like ORTSGraduatedReleaseAirBrakes ( 1 ) / ORTSGraduatedReleaseAirBrakes ( 0 )

1 for have same result like checkbox activated in options menu.

0 for have same result like checkbox uncheck in options menu.

But specific for this engine

Same system like there is for PSI/S of brake pipe charging.

In advance thanks

Good idea. Polisch locomotives with Oerlikon braking system have this. You can control pressure in both directions by engeneer valve.

Yes, I think that it makes sense to have this parameter within the .eng (and .wag?) files.

I agree that this should be controlled by a parameter in the ENG file as it is a function of the brake control valve.

Just to add support for this - the present "option" has a much wider effect than I realised.
I unchecked the options box to drive some old electric trains with single pipe Westinghouse brakes - only to find that I no longer have graduated release with either modern twin pipe air brakes or electro-pneumatic brakes!
Definitely something to fix.
