Hello,

I have add some lights on my cabviews of Diesel locomotives, in case cooling...

ORTS_OIL_PRESSURE,
ORTS_DIESEL_TEMPERATURE,

If i drive with Diesel locomotive and i reach 120 degrees, there comes not a warning light on cabview...

Piece of .eng file:

I'm not entirely sure, but I think those cab view controls, only show the oil and temperature readings. The same readings can be seen from one of the HUDs.

High engine temperature or low oil pressure, would show a bright blue fault light on the drivers desk on the old UK B.R locos.

Thanks

Hello,

Yes indeed this is config for needles, pointer or digital system.

A light for overheating temperature can be usefull. (if tempereature reach max temp. given in .ENG file)

Oil pressure light only can be do something when engine is off, shutdown when engine is on.
