After the crew tested the air on the train* (which took 20 minutes), the train departs Cumbres at 2:05 PM; the train rounds Windy Point, & rolls over the crossing at Coxo.
Cumbres has a car inspector house. Westbound trains are required to test the air lines & brakes before descending the hill.
