Hi Rick,I looked over your log file with interest as I too was having problems with engine tenders ans other rolling stock intermittently not showing when running on a particular route.

I see many database errors in your log.
When I eliminated these very similar database errors the intermittent wagon failures were also eliminated.Also having shadow all objects ia a HUGE load on your system. Have you looked at the F5 De-Bug screen while running as it can help with problems like this.

It's really a waste of time to 'test' (Open Rails? or wagon or what?) something on an unstable error prone platform ( the route ) and should not be done if you want meaningful results. Reason being the Sim has to spend extra time with handling these errors.
