OpenRailsLog2, can I do anything about the Tracknode/Traveller issue?
This is outside of my knowledge at the moment, so I can't comment. One of the other developers might be able to assist.

The log file indicates some invalid links to track nodes. These may or may not be contributing to the issue, depending upon what is happening at the time of the crash. (This is probably clutching at straws though)

OpenRailsLog1, as far as I can see I have corrected the damper issue and it no longer appears in the log file. The error appears at the same location and there is an AI train. There are a total of 11 AI trains in the activity.
Has the AI train just loaded? What is it doing?

Perhaps start by sending me some of the orig ENG/WAG files for it.

Thanks

The error appears to be when I am reversing the Player train at a reversing point. It appears also to be dependent on location because it does not happen when I change to reversing elsewhere. The player train stock is attached.

Thanks for that.

I will be away for a few days, some I won't be able to do any detailed investigation.

In the meantime, would it be possible to do a test for me? Please comment out one of each of the couplers in the ENG/WAG files. In the loco and tender comment out the BAR coupling.

Does this have prevent the activity from crashing?

Thanks

Unfortunately this did not change the error.

Thanks for trying that.

How long is the activity?

Would it be possible to rename the TRF file so that AI traffic is removed, and then see if the activity still crashes?

The problem remains the same when AI traffic is removed. The activity is about 40 minutes long and the problem happens near the beginning.

Ok, thanks for that.

Could you give the attached patched OR version a go, and let me know the outcome.

Thanks

Peter, the problem is resolved with this patch installed.

Also, the other activity which you diagnosed as being because of a "Tracknode/Traveller issue", runs with no problems with the patched version of OR installed.
