After animating some of my train-sets that use head codes at the front and rear of a consist. I decided to use just one ENG file, one each for front and rear, rather than making additional ENG files with different coach shapes being reversed.
So when using this consist in reversed, the front and rear engines are flipped.
When i use the left or right 'head out' view on the flipped consist, the view is always at the other end of the engine but facing the correct direction.
The only way i know of so far, is to switch cabs to rear engine then back to front engine. This causes the 'head-out' view positions to be correct.
Ideally, i would like the 'head out' view to be correct at start-up, rather than switching cabs to correct this.
Is this possible? or is my solution the only way?
Edit
I should point out the above train-set is a EMU/DMU, so there is only one cab on the ENG files as below:
ENG+WAG+ENG
