The installation is a little tricky now - you'll have to download the version, and then a folder called 'appdata' and add it to the installation folder where you put the .exe for the editors

Thanks . Is there a way to get geo data? Website he has in guide is non existent.

This is true only for windows xp.
For other windows you need only to download one exe file.
