It is something wrong with activity file. At the bottom you have what route is affected. You need to find the file. Probably it is this one:
"c:/program files (x86)/microsoft games/train simulator/routes/rollins pass/activities/d&sl train #2.act"

Is it just me, or is MSTS installed in the "Program Files (x86)" folder on an OS that looks to be Windows 7 or newer? If so, the OS security system might be interfering. Rule #1 of of MSTS/OR installations is: Never EVER in "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" on newer Operating Systems. I would try that before trying to pick apart TSRE

Goku, It seems that the issue is still there, & it seems that the route is the only one affected, as I have tested loading other routes, and they load fine.

ebnertra000, It was installed into the Program Files (x86).

Remove whole Activities directory and check. If works then try to find the .act file.

I found the issue: it was the .tdb file, so I replaced the file(s), & now it loads.
