Possible Bug - Error when Deleting Rate Topic: -----

Hi Goku,

I've had this error happen on a route after an editing session more than once... Each time I was deleting a large quantity of vegetation models on the route and the error occurred on the subsequent start of ORTS... The route worked fine on each attempt before the large number of deletes... I never selected the button to place an object during the session... Just many repetitive select click with the mouse - then pressing the delete key...

The route doesn't use X-Tracks or any other specialty track systems...

After I noted the problem in ORTS - ran the route through Route Riter - no track errors reported...

Could TSRE5 be throwing some erroneous track section into the mix ? I don't know how to further identify the problem and I just roll back to a saved copy from before my edits...

Using TSRE5_v.6957 on a Win10x64
