NEC 4.0 "Req special engine" Missing consist files Rate Topic: -----

I've been playing around with the North East Corridor v.4, and noticed that in the Activities folder there's a sub-folder labeled "Req special engine." There are similar folders in the Traffic and Services folders. So I copied those into their main folders and copied the MU54TOPERRYVILLE .act and .asv files to ACTIFITIES. Sod next, pretty much as expected, I get the "Error reading train database file: File: Trains\Consists\PERRYVILLEXPRESSPlayer.con" There are only three activities, so there probably are no more than four or five consists missing. Anybody know about these? I tried searching both here and at TrainSim, as usual without success.
