I'm trying to uncompress the .w files in the demo route (sce) so
that tsre5 can display the ground. Is there a way to do this without
reinstalling msts and redoing all the updates?

The software can compress and decompress all MSTS formats

I just finished downloading tkutils from the steam4me site when I saw this.
zipper is the program I was looking for. I see this is a newer version of
route riter than the one that was throwing all the errors at me yesterday,
so I'll give it a look, too. Thanks for the link, longiron.
