I run OR with MSTS in the background. This morning all of my trainsets appear to be "floating" above the terrain. This happened once before and someone had me uncheck a box the OR Options tab. I cannot recall who provided the answer or what it was. Can anyone help?

Try unchecking the experimental option "Automatically tune settings..."

It is already unchecked. Any other suggestions would be most appreciated.

It's not clear to me what you mean by "....all of my trainsets appear to be "floating" above the terrain" as trains don't normally run 'on' the terrain. It's also not clear if this happens on all routes
Do you mean the trains are floating above the tracks? Or ...
Are the tracks floating above the terrain with the trains on the 'floating' tracks? Or . . .
Do the tracks appear normally as laying on the terrain with trains floating above the tracks?
A screenshot of the problem would answer all these questions.
I caused this to happen once a long time ago when I used a Route_Riter utility to adjust the (altitude) height values in a route which I totally screwed up. There are several utilities in RR that will do this unintentionally if you're not careful.
