After 1 hour 45 minutes loading 16 cars sheep, and setting out another stock car, the train departs Cimarron at 1:20 PM with 16 loads.

The train soon pulls into Gunnison at 4:25 PM with 18 stock loads (16 sheep, 2 cattle). These 18 loads left at 5 PM as Gunnison Extra 487 east (as seen in pictures 5 & 6 as it rolls through Steele & Parlin).
