Who was the wizard that made the openAL sound system in OR? I'm just curious.

Maybe it was gpz (Peter Gulyas). For sure he did very much on it.

I can confirm that it was Peter. At the time the transition from what was being used for sound to what is used now required a lot of changes. For some time, sound was not working that well at all. But I think that since his work was completed, with a few issues still pending, sound is handled a lot better now than it was some years back.
