Hi Goku,
Just wondering if you still have a working compass on your list of things to do ?
I find if I turn round several times I then have no way of knowing which way I am facing!!!

Couple of ways I deal with this:
1. When TSRE initially opens you are facing south.
2.. Place a temporary track section; The pivot point is closest to you and the track points north.

regards,
vince

ps.
Also wondering about adding the same elevation and transforms available with track and roads also be available with Dynamic Track? v

Or you could make up a static object similar to this, the Eludium B36 Virtual Space Frame of Reference Indicator:

Sufficiently NOT visually pleasing that even I should be able to remember to delete it.

Thanks Vince and Doug for those suggestions and at least knowing you face south at the start means I can work from that.
I would still like to think Goku is going to give us a compass sometime in the future.

I agree that a compass would be useful, but in lieu of that...

Doug, any chance you might upload that monstrosity? If nothing else it might make a good gag item. Maybe a fancy scrapyar...err...I mean sculpture park

Hi,

Sure, why not. (upload it) It'll be along in a bit, in Miscellaneous Scenery Items. Bear in mind the origin is below the red torus, at the level of the orange foot-pad, and arrives pre-oriented. (no rotation necessary).

It does seem to have that modern school of sculpture 'je ne sais quoi' feel to it.
