Right. You can create and edit paths in the path editor of the trackviewer, included with open rails.

You must create paths in Track Viewer to be used in TSRE, as TSRE currently has no path creating function. Perhaps in future it will?

Yes you can create an activity using an exiting path.
That could be a path from another activity or that came with the route. Or it could be a path you had previously made using the path editor in track viewer. All he same for TSRE.

At the moment you can use only existing paths. Made in MSTS or OR Track Viewer.
