Avoiding wheel spin

I hate wheel spin and I surely can live without it, so is there a way to avoid this completely, in the OR menu or in settings in the eng. file

That should be in the experimetal options section, namely sliding scales regarding adheasion

After intensive test driving everything works perfect with no wheel spin at all. It was an old thread in Trainsim.com forum which came with the solution, but I still wonder how on earth FPS can influence on wheel spin.
Can anyone explain

Sure; the issue is that we run the physics in sync with the visual frames - one frame shown equals one simulation step of the physics - so low FPS means you get low-quality physics, effectively. It's been a long-term goal to decouple these but unfortunately it's not yet been achieved.

I get this a lot as well, wheel slop for no apparent reason. Sometimes I see this when the sim is loading the next tiles. I've been using a short freight (seven cars, one engine and a caboose) for testing and while releasing the brakes, when the pressure gets down to 23 pounds I'm getting a wheel slop warning. Other times when my engine is alone and I've released the brakes I get a wheel slop warning then I move the throttle to notch 1... which is only 4%. I haven't had time to do more testing but have changed the viewing distance down from 10,000m to 5,300 to see what that does.
I'm using an nVidia GeForce GTX 950.

PS...
Just tested using the lowered viewing distance and still got the wheel slop on the load unit when opening the throttle to notch one. Also backed on to the train, pumped up the air (the track is on a 0.6 degree grade). Once the air was released, and with NO throttle added, the train started to drift downgrade and I still got the wheel slip warning!
