When you say " remove from TDB whole vector (all tracks that are in it)" Do you mean delete the track shapes?
I hope not!

Z is ok. No need for shape remove.

Now how do I prevent this sort of thing happening?

The mis-aligned vectors I could possibly live with but the missing vector in a multi vector track section is a serious show stopper.

I will try o make a btter solution to handle editing "adjacent track piece not loaded" track in the future. Now just ignore this. I don't think you will hava huge number of errors this kind.

That works for me. Thanks.

Hi Goku,
That is disturbing as the PRR has one of the largest, if not the largest TDB's. So track can go missing 200 miles away at the western end of the route and I can ignore this? When you're massaging databases you must be sure no data is changed except by user. Come on Goku, you know that. Not looking for quick fixes, you just take your time. I'm thankfully almost finished with Philly track (Septa terminal not in yet.) so I'm going to set TDB save to false/off and wait on a fix.

One last thing; There is still a holdup due to TSRE crash when try to visit the tile north of philadelphia.
I assume you were able to access the route?
Thanks for your effort. Merry Christmas to all!

regards,
vince

Do you use the TSRE fix I provided? If yes, then please give me the exact location, because I think I went almost everywhere and everything worked fine.

There wil be no "master fix" for the track problem. Your route is broken and there is only matter of way TSRE handle editing the broken tracks. You have a finite number of broken track, so there will be a finite number of errors this kind.

No, I never saw notification of the tile fix. Sorry, but can you direct me to the fix?
Happy Christmas,
vince

Hi Goku,
Yes. Mostly. (Big thank you!)
I explored the tile with Display TDB objects checked the tile where the trouble was and found several instances of (1) Signal shaped with no track red pyramid and (2) several instances of TDB objects (Black Square) with no accompanying shapes at all.

Now I would like the ability to select these Black Squares and delete them? I am of course able to select the 'orphan' signal shapes but not the reverse of TDB obj with no shape.

Also could you consider having Display TDB Objects ON as default?

You I hope are to enjoy the holidays with family and friends. Count me as one of them. All the best
regards,
vince

Goku, these tracks were placed in the MSTS RE, and if removed from the TDB and re-entered in TSRE, these gaps would create blue poles. However, left as-is, a train will transit these spots with no trouble. What's odd is that in the third image, the interactives go below the ground, while the TSection line goes up. It seems they're most prevalent on hills, particularly steeper ones, these being 1.5% and 2%, respectively

This rendering issue is fixed in next TSRE version.

Hi Goku,
Here is a picture of Black TDB with no object shape.
Attached File  TDB Alignment Missing Object Shape.jpg (112.26K)
Number of downloads: 2
These were speedposts I had installed, expand across two tracks. They were fine when installed and fine yesterday when I inspected the location but now the speedpost object (shape) has gone missing and I'm unable to delete these.
Is there any way to fix this situation?

One other thing I noticed: When saving TDB lines, like when I select to add x-over object missed in earlier versions. It does work, correctly adding the TDB black box to the x-over. Thanks.
The 'X' to add TDB now takes 15 seconds to execute where previously it took 3 to 5 seconds. NOT complaining, just curious about the extra time now?
edit add:
Also not sure if having Display TDB Items checked on has anything to do with the time as I had noticed in the past that when TDB Items is first checked it takes a good 15 seconds to see the display. Related? I dunno'. Cheers

regards,
vince
