My first guess would be, was there new appdata that would need to be downloaded with that release? I have 0.694 for 32-bit systems and it works fine

1. Maybe there was an error during data downloading. Clear the content of directory and try again. TSRE must have internet access. Alternatively you can install TSRE manually as described in TSRE AE guide.

OK, the problem was the server down. Re-downloading the application data solved the problem.

Do you mean when using TSRE to work on a route, it still must have internet access?
