As above if an AI train passes this waiting point which is used to allow an AI train to request Dispatcher permission to pass a red signal, and the above Option Box is ticked in options , the Sim crashes.
Both options work fine if not used together.
Its not clear whether one should use both options together.
If player takes control of the AI train thats approaching the 60002 waiting point and passes it , the Sim still crashes.
No big deal and easy to work around .
Just wondered if anyone else has seen this problem.

Can you please provide a logfile for this and also the track scheme (taken from MSTS AE or TrackViewer) where you get the problem?

Thanks for responding.
Im having a bit of trouble getting this problem to reliably reproduce, but what Ive discovered so far is that the bug seems to be related to the way in which the Location Linked passing path code works.
There are 3 conditions needed to cause the crash.
One is the Location linked passing path box needs to be ticked.
Two is the 60002 waiting point needs to be placed on a track section before a red signal which the AI train has to pass.
The third I missed initially, but if the AI train thats asking for permission to pass the red signal proceeds onto a track section which has a passing path which is defined by either the player train, or another ai train, the crash occurs.
The crash does not occur if the above conditions are the same , but the Location Linked passing path box is not ticked, and the Sim works as expected.
Whether this is even worth fixing I dont know, but its pretty hard to reproduce , and is very easy to avoid altogether.
Ill keep experimenting and try to create a scenerio thats reliably reproducable.
