I for one would certainly appreciate a set of those . They would add some old time color to a big steamer freight or a small shortline freight bringin' a bit of everything to people in the sticks . I'm sure they would get used by many . They look pretty good to these old eyes. You could maybe give the odd one in the set a coat of road dust because of their age .
Just a thought !

Love those bill board reefers. How can I get my hands on them ? I'd be willing to pay for these.

Thank you for the support. I'm struggling with repainting skills. I have no artistic talents per sé. I mostly work from photos of models and real-world equipment and then use some creative editing to bring the images into the game. I'm still trying to develop weathering in my tool box but so far I haven't been able to create authentic looking weathering. Weathering to my eyes is what makes digital models really believable but I guess it's just a little above my skill level currently.

This weekend was a very productive one and allowed me to clear a few of my long-time 'wish list' items out of my to do folder. Once I get a few more finished off, I'm planning to explore weathering more seriously.

have a look at my Rutland and NYO&W reefers, available in the file library here. They use a Tim Muir model. I think that model might be more appropriate for the era you are going for (plus it's really a nice model) if Tim would give you permission to skin.
