Hi All

Routes (Nodo di Roma, Napoli Centrale - Roma Termini - Firenze SMN and many others) do not open with OR when used Fs-ETR500FR-45. Those Routes in OR open without any problem with other rolling stock.

Please see attached OpenRailsLog, one *.eng file and Consist used.

Unfortunatly did not find any solution.

Thanks for your help

Ernst

If you look at where OR is throwing an error reading the eng file, it's in the lighting section. I'm not a lighting expert. but that's where I would look. First step is to remove the whole lighting section and see if OR loads. Yes, then you have confirmation. No, then the error message is a false lead

Sorry. but eliminating lighting section did not work, OR did not load.

Anyway, thanks for your interest.

You have a problem in the cvf files...

Actually back to line 231 in both cvf files

It needs to be something like:

PositiveColour ( 1
ControlColour ( 0 0 0 )
SwitchVal ( 1 )
ControlColour ( 0 0 0 )
)

I don't know the proper switchval but this does get it to work.

You have:
PositiveColour ( 1
trolColour ( 0 0 0 )
)

That was the solution.

trolColour was the problem, changing it to ControlColour was all needed. Now the train works perfect.

Thanks
