Here are my testing results after some 21 hours of driving, with Activity randomizing set to 3:
- one loco failure (unpowered boogie)
- one car wheel skid (but this has no consequeces - or has it?)
For me, these results look reasonable.

Note: Carlo, in your post #10 here, you nentioned "freight car with brakes stuck" - I never experienced this. (I periodically check F9 window for red car numbers.)

Thanks for your work,
Mirek

BTW: Weather random changes are marvelous!

Brakes stuck probability increases with brake application time. Brake application time is especially significant on long descents. I have tested this in the Rollins pass freeware route.

Thanks Carlo for your answer. I'll focus on it.

Wow. I don't know what to think here. Has anyone compiled this for a Linux flavor? And I'm pretty sure I know the answer to my next question, but does this work on 32-bit architecture?

It works on a 32 bit Windows too.

Sorry to go off-topic. I probably should have asked that question on the other thread.

This don't run on Windows XP, does it? Because XP is telling me it's not a valid win32 application.

Correct, it doesn't run on XP, because it is based on packages and software calls that XP does not support.
