This is a drop-in replacement for the Xtracks 42m turntable. It is geared more towards OR users as it is animated and can be made operable if you know how to write turntables.dat files. They will still work in MSTS or OR without turntables.dat definitions, but they will be static. There are also some static shapes for use in routes.

Thanks! I immediately tested the turntable and it works fine! This can be used nicely in my route and for larger steam locomotives ...
Very beautiful, well made!

Little question, in ORTS and Shapeviewer I see the turntable as "Basin + Trackpiece". No ring on the outside, is this correct? IOW, is the ring (TEM_Turntable_ring_1.s) intended for the outside?

Yes, that's what the ring shape is for. Someone brought that to my attention and I said I would add it if I had to modify the shape, as I thought it wouldn't be perfect on the first try. In the end, it was (even the rails lined up perfectly!), and I just made it separately. In hindsight, I should have just made it a part of the shape anyway, but it'll work either way
