Hi Vince
Sorry for not replying before now but I have been away for a few days.
I followed your link for the TSRE manual, but I cannot find a link to it. I have "downloaded the manual". This appears to be about Open Rails and not TSRE but I have not looked closely at all 231 pages.

Go to http://koniec.org/tsre5/ and look for How to build Routes. Several pages there which can be downloaded and printed, but does not yet cover every aspect of the editor.

Hi Garry,

I thought you were asking for the Open Rails Manual. Sorry for that mate.
If you've worked with the MSTS Editors there are habits you'll need to put in the dustbin or the loo and learn the new way.
If you're new to route editing, you have an advantage and learning the new editor will be a real treat!
Not too bad a learning curve. AND there are things to be careful with.
Now to business at hand, TSRE5 Manual.
Each of these links are to a section of the TSRE Manual.

I suggest you visit each link in turn and print for reference.
I must add that I am very impressed working with TSRE on re-tracking the PRR East at Philadelphia!

Here are the links

http://koniec.org/ts...renewroute.html

A work in progress but it will get you going. I created a one tile test route in less than 20 minutes! I suggest you try this also that will enable to to putter about without having to worry about trashing a good route. It will get you used to all parts of the new editor. Practice practice practice . . . I played with this for a month.
regards,
vince

Hi Vince,
thank you for this list of TSRE5 documents. Waiting that a single TSRE5 manual is created, your list spares much search time :)
