Route builders from sweden told me that they want walking humans in their route. They made nice animated humans and they put them as carspawner on roads. But you can't make realistic human traffic if you need roads, so they asked me if it is possible to make paths for them, but without roads.

So .. I combined Rulers, Dynamic Tracks, Roads and Car Spawners and did this crazy thing!

And of course it works in Open Rails.
But it needs one additional attribute in carspawner world object, or CarSpawnerList:
ignoreXRotation ( )
or
ignoreElevation ( )
or something ..
Because otherwise it looks weird when humans use stairs etc.

Well now you've done it, next up in the desert routes is the annual migration of tarantulas crossing a highway, gators running around in the Seaboard Airline Route, people climbing the rocks in the feather river canyon,
What is the world coming to! I love watching you build this program...http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/thumbup3.gif http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/cool3.gif

Choose what you like. I think "ignoreElevation ( )" in CarSpawnerList is good solution.

CarSpawnerList (
ListName ( "List1" )
IgnoreElevation ( )

Why you say "elevation"? It's more an inclination. I'm trying with "IgnoreXRotation ()". Moreover due to the structure of the parser of this file the new parameter should be after the number of car spawner items, that is e.g.
CarSpawnerList(
ListName ( "List2" )
3
IgnoreXRotation ()
CarSpawnerItem( "walkingperson1.s" 3 )
CarSpawnerItem( "walkingperson2.s" 1 )
CarSpawnerItem( "walkingperson3.s" 1 )
)

Now I'm on the elimination of the Xrotation...

Here are the OR files to be replaced within x.3874. Take into account that RunactivityLAA.exe in reality is simply a renamed Runactivity.exe (no large address aware). I checked this with cars and it works. Maybe the height offset has to be adjusted.
If the IgnoreXRotation () is absent the car spawner behaves as usual.

That's good! A blueprint for the OR part, plus a topic in the "Developing features" has been created, as required by the approval procedure.
