How can I select and how do I have the three values inserted at the right of From - To? with the MSTS RE there was a small and comfortable route layout to do that. I found a picture in your main thread, but it didn't refer to an actual version of TSRE5 and I couldn't understand how to proceed.

Click Link button on SignalSubObj you want to link, click Set Link button, click on the track you want to link.
