Hi Carlos - sorry to bother you with such a small thing..
I remember you posted that kph was the default - how do I change a F5 display to show mph not kph please?
As you can see below F4 is fine but F5 is showing kph instead of mph..
I read the ORmanual and F4 is showing .trk data nicely..
so.. how or where do I look to fix F5 please..
I've tried the Cabview cvf... and the eng file...

What do you have OPTIONS > GENERAL > OTHER UNITS set to. Mine is set to ROUTE so route TRK file parameter MilepostUnitsMiles ( ) controls the display.

From the manual:
"6.1.10 Other units
This selects the units displayed for length, mass, pressure, etc. in the F5 HUD of the simulation.
The option Player’s Location sets the units according to the Windows Language and Region settings on the
player’s computer.
The option Route sets the units based on the data in the route files. The other options are self-explanatory.
The F5 HUD uses the abbreviations stn for short tons (2000 lb) and t or tn for metric tons (tonnes).
Note that the units displayed by the F4 Track Monitor (e.g. velocity and distance) are always based on data
read from the route files."

Hi Gerry - Yep... saw that bit about t and tn but have never looked at Options before ... I just used MSTS when route building to get Lat & Lon to co-incide.. route just needs trees and some titivating now..
