I have something peculiar perhaps you can deduce for me.

I have tried downloading a wholly new version of 3766 but its still there - goes across screen in a curve on the Uintah route under construction - any idea what it could be ? I was expecting it to disappear with new OR download... looks to me like a telegraph box placed by mistake on something - but what? Where should I look for this?

I haven't noticed it anywhere else on the route.

I would add that this is not the police telephone box of Dr Who (a famous TV personality in UK) and not a leg-pull of any kind !

Object is directly in line with track near top of screen.

First thing I checked in route ENVFILES, TEXTURES...

I've discovered a similar instance of an obscure object. What it was for me was a part of a model. Once I found the model, I was able to remove the foreign part.
You are probably looking at an obscure 'part' of a model or a misplaced terrain object that would need deleting once found in the RE.
I'd suggest going to the exact spot in the RE and looking around. Zoom in and out and look around good. You might be able to find it for deletion.

Thank you Rick - I replaced the EnvFiles from another route.. same telegraph box shape appeared after re-loading OR.. but I then re-booted and there was a crescent moon... but closing down and re-loading OR gives the telegraph box... re-booting still gives the telegraph box.. replacing EnvFiles and re-booting gives the crescent moon.... hmmm...

In OR you will find the Moon texture in the Open rails/content folder.
I'm pretty sure it's a half OR Moon.

In mitigation, I was placing telegraph boxes along the line and thought I had placed one in the sky (or replaced the moon).. I am still somewhat nonplussed by the changes I get from crescent to half.. but enough is enough... thank you for your help Claus..
