Hello, I downloaded some trolley cars and the engine files are kinda wanky when running through Route-Riter. Any help or suggestions?
I have attached one of the eng files from the PE-Tens set. Thanks in advance.

I looked at the two files you posted and it isn't the trolley files'of Tim's that are off, it is the report from Route-Riter. It is reading the write-up Tim did on the trolley and reporting a non-existent problem.

hi giggywat, i had the same issue with route riter. what i do now is if i have to run an eng chk, with rr.
i have all the files backed up.
then i reinstall them after. for some reason rr takes out the beginning line. in certain trains, they are also not unicode anymore.
don't feel bad its not you..... :pleasantry:
i posted something like this back in February.so what i did was take all those folders, deleted all the comments in between. on a lot of files.
it worked for 2 weeks. then it didn't any more.
it is weird....only does it with certain files.
good luck!!!
if you figure it out let me know. i will do the same. have a good day!
jim

Thanks, I fixed a couple of them so far by removing the comments. I did look at other engine files so I get how they work. fun fun fun :thumbup3:

Everything is good otherwise. Thanks. I think I got it figured out now... just a lot of editing to do. :sign_thanks:
