I was off looking around on the Russian MSTS site when I discovered the Russian RTrainsim program thread. All I can see is Wow! Some awesome work being done on this program. The ability to jump down and walk around to uncouple and couple cars is pretty dang neat to say the least. One of several videos, RTrainsim Video

This is the original discussion on the Russian MSTS site forums. RTrainsim Discussion Sadly I have not been able to translate the security code to download the program or content. (If anyone figures it out please let me know)

I saw this and replied over on Trainsim, but I'll add my two cents for those who don't visit there as much...

You have to visit the page without Google Translate first, because the translator kills the CAPTCHA script. Once you have the CAPTCHA showing, it's arranged with groups of Cyrillic characters running vertically, interspersed with single numerals. To be able to enter the CAPTCHA string in the text box, you would have to either turn on multiple language input in Windows and switch to Russian keyboard input, or you could search for a web-based Cyrillic keyboard that will let you type a string of characters on the screen with an onscreen keyboard, then copy-and-paste the result back to the CAPTCHA.

Looks interesting -- there are a lot of creative programmers in Eastern Europe/CIS area/Russia. I like a lot of their work. I run ZDSimulator periodically, myself. I'd noticed this one some time ago when it was in earlier development; it seems to have come a long way. I'll have to try i sometime, but right now I've got way too much stuff to do... http://www.elvastower.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/sweatingbullets.gif

TD2 is a Polish cooperative rail simulator for PC . Train Driver 2 was built in Unity, using Photon for the multiplayer.
