Thank you!
I've found a few clips on Youtube of the same sections of line.
Uppsala: https://www.youtube....zvl7TDmY&t=450s (from about 27:00). Uppsala in the route is a hybrid between the old and new, rebuilt station, so it won't look exactly the same. We've roughly gone for the old track layout but with the modern station and platforms.
Arlanda - Stockholm: https://www.youtube....h?v=5ef_qw3OtoM Opposite direction but otherwise the same
Flemingsberg - Stockholm: https://www.youtube....h?v=cV2-1XalKqQ (from 17:30) This is a few years old, so it doesen't have the new track layout as seen in the route video. But you can still see the new Älvsjö flyover being under construction. All this is because the commuter trains have started running in a new tunneln under Stockholm city centre, so the northbound long distance trains needs to cross over to the east side of the local tracks.
Please notice that all of these clips are from the oldest parts of the route, originally built without DEM data. So the gradients are wrong, the route is mostly flat. Further away from the Stockholm area, we've used correct DEM terrain data.
