The train departs Cumbres at 11:25 AM, rounds Windy Point, and rolls over the Coxo Crossing.

The train goes through Cresco, rolls over Lobato trestle, and enters the Narrows.

At Chama, there was a change of engine, crew and caboose; and the train departs Chama at 12:10 PM. We pick up the run as the train rolls through Carbon Junction.

The engine now is the 485.

Crew: Conductor S Edmisten, Engineer Vinton, and F E Peake on board.

The new caboose is the 0505.
