I am facing issues with Signals and Traction lines in route created with TSRE. Some signals glows while some doesn't glow. Also the traction lines are irregular. The pictures depicting these issues are depicted in the pictures attached.

About these traction lines, check if you have invisible tracks or something.

how to check that? Is it by moving downward?

Rohit, do you have the problem with the overhead wire also if you run the route with MSTS?

Question is if these lines is wrong route building or TSRE bug. Can someone with route building experience test this?

Hello Goku,

Yes, I have seen this when I was building the NECv4 route. There the cause was a corrupted Track Database.

Now before jumping to conclusions, it was in the case of the NECv4 build verified by looking at the area in the MSTS Activity Editor.
The map lines in the AE are derived directly from the Track Database and in the case of the nec4, exactly matched the scrambled catenary shown in by the op.

Perhaps the OP can run the Route_Riter TsUtils [ICHK] test. If there's a database problem the Route_Riter [ICHK] test will probably find it.

regards,
vince
EDIT ADD: I forgot to mention that I see signals are being installed concurrently with track.
That is the BEST way I know to destroy a routes dabase files. :shock6:
Second best way is to install Car Spawners & track/roads . . . either way, goodby route . . .

Question is also whether these wrong traction lines are an OR bug or a TSRE bug, therefore my question about what occurs in MSTS.
I say that because I already found in the past a case like that in OR (in case of turntables, see here http://www.elvastowe...__1#entry202311 ), and it was an OR bug that I later solved.
I don't believe that this is wrong route building. Let's see what Rohit answers.

Maybe the Open Rails trackviewer can show if it is a tdb problem as well. Far as installing interactives while track and road laying is in progress, we do not know if this new editor works in the same way as the MSTS RE in that respect. If there is a scrambled TDB then I suspect that this is indeed caused by adding interactives while tracklaying in TSRE5.
