The folder this model is in is named "Wrx LHR 482 Mountain". I know it's over at TS.com and IIRC in our library here as well.

The top image is from shapeviewer and the lower image is from Goku's con editor.

I've no idea where that red comes from. It is in the tender too. I think the con editor program has it wrong.

Dave,
What did you open with Shape Viewer? The Wrx LHR 482 Mountain.ENG file or the Wrx LHR 482 Mountain.S file? Appears you opened the shape file thus not loading the FA shape.

Dave !
Mine is exactly like yours and I have made no alterations at all to the original download file . Looks fine in Shape Viewer and all 3 engines are having the same problem in the Consist Builder .

The .s file. Never heard of shape viewer opening an .eng file.

The model does not have a FA shape and the image w/ the red stripes appears in both the con and .eng views of Goku's con editor. I've not modified the download in any way and have no idea why the red is showing up. It's not really a problem for building a consist, it's just odd that it looks that way. IMO it suggests something about this .s file is unanticipated in the con editor code somewhere. Ditto for the tender.

To open an ENG or WAG with SFV locate the file with Win Explorer and use "Open With" and choose ShapeView. That opens BOTH the shape file and the FA if there is one.

"The model does not have a FA shape" ??? BS look at your two pictures. First has no crew. Second from Goku's CE has crew. Ok look at ENG file:
Wagon ( 482mountain10
Type ( Engine )
WagonShape ( 482Mountain10.S )
Size ( 3.32m 4.79m 18.1m )
......................Snip..............

Sound ( "Mik-h-eng.sms" )
FreightAnim ( crew.s 1 1 )

You probably overlooked the FA because it is not in the correct sequence of parameters.

And BTW opening the ENG file with SFV I only see the crew added NOT the red lines.

One of the features we added to ConBuilder besides the tool to open the shape in SFV there are buttons to use to open the Shape and the FA in SFV. Goku's implementation is to default to both the Shape and the FA. Not sure what will happen with SFV when modelers begin implementing multiple FAs for ORTS. Anyone know if Paul Guasden is still involved in the hobby?

Yes, I missed that. It's rather uncommon to find it far away from where the .s file is specified.

As for Shapeviewer, yes, it is correct. I said it was correct in the basenote. It's Goku's program that is finding something odd and showing it as a red band. Probably something odd in the .s file because it's also in the tender.

For myself, I'm not bothered by it. I'm only trying to pass on my observation to Goku of this file's odd appearance.
