This is your USA east coast hard wood logging car of the late 1800's in 3 foot narrow gauge. It's a 36 foot long single beam version with diamond archbar trucks and equipped with link & pin couplers along with one-ended mechanical brakes. This version replicates a newer rebuilt log car, hence the rusty hardware, and can easily be run well after the turn of the last century. (One empty and two loaded)
