Night and day cabs

As we know, OR gradually darkens any cab from night to day and vice-versa.
The cabs that have a dedicated cab night texture, applies this up to 45 minutes early from a non night texture. ie the non night cab texture darkens to the maximum OR predetermined light level, 45 minutes after the night cab texture is loaded.
To take more advantage of this fade feature, is possible to adjust the night cab texture to load, when the OR non night texture cabs have reached their maximum fade level?, giving a much longer fade effect when a night cab texture is used?

Some more observations, the sky is pretty dark at around 20.40 and well as all the stars showing with the default OR cloud1 texture. Using other cloud textures( blue and white) improves the lightning conditons as a dark blue sky rather than a black darken sky at 20.40
The stars actually load at 20:00. I'm not sure if the stars can load 30 minutes after the night textures have loaded.
With a darkern sky( default OR clouds1 ) as well as the stars showing at 20:40, it be another 22 minutes before the night cab loads. Maybe the night cab textures can load slightly earlier at 20.56 or 45 minutes after the route night textures have loaded.

Re not all night textures loading at the same time: I overlooked a place where I had to make the change.
Re slightly anticipating moment where night textures are loaded: it is possible.
Both changes are present in the attached modified .exe files.

Cab controls night textures load the same time as the main cab images, along with the earlier time when this occurs.

So, if you are convinced that this is better than the actual situation, you can put this issue into Trello, open a Blueprint and see if it gets approved. :)
