Elvastower.com uses cookies to retain an open login for you. These will also compare the list of new posts against what you saw last time you visited and will present the differences to you as new posts. Additional cookies may be used as an aid to proper functioning of the board software and of the web pages presented to you. No 3rd party cookies, beacons, or other monitoring files are used by Elvastower.com.

Information contained in cookies is not used for any other purpose, is not reviewed by any Staff, and is not shared by any means with any other parties.

Cookies may be deleted by you at any time using the Delete Cookie button on the main forums page.



USER IDENTIFABLE DATA
At registration you are asked to fully identify yourself and when requested by staff provide some form of proof of your identity. Your real name is recorded in our database as RealName() and is displayed to Staff and yourself ONLY on your profile page. No other persons can see your real name. Your real name is used in two circumstances:

• To match a paypal donation to the person’s ET Membership record.
  
• In private messages between Staff and yourself to personalize any conversation.

The board software will record when you log in and that timestamp is displayed to staff.

The board software will record when and what you post, read, or download, including the ip address you used for such activity. Such information may be viewed by Staff when attempting to resolve unexpected technical problems. Aggregate, non identifiable usage data is collected and occasionally reviewed (e.g., how many visitors this month).

Bounced e-mails will be returned to Staff@elvastower.com where, time allowing, they may be reviewed to determine if the message was a system generated message or a message between members. If reviewed, Staff will normally take action with bounced e-mails between members by contacting the sender to inform them their message to you bounced.

All user identifiable data remains confidential with two exceptions

• As required by law.
  
• At the discretion of staff to prevent abuse from banned members.

This website does NOT meet the requirements that would require adherence to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
