I tested with two instances of OR locally on my PC and it works. It works also connecting to tsimserver. Nothing has changed on this part of code.

We was founded the solution for this problem, but this is from 1370 and before. Check the Windows Regional Settings. Two PC cannot connect, if in one the decimal symbol "." and in other PC is ",".

This can help, if other standart conditions are applying:
- one route name and dir name
- one tdb and rdb base
- one trk file
- not click "server"
- not choosed any train without loco

Yes, that's correct, thank you for having reminded that. Regional settings must be the same on all connected PCs.

The problem was different versions of the track.
But the interesting thing was that the dispatcher application as a client, I did not see the other players.

For me it is bad. Why OR has no fixed regional settings to EN?

I don't know. It's something I discovered when I wasn't yet a developer and I was playing in multiplayer mode.

I believe this was fixed back in... X1774. If there are any instances where this is still a problem, file a bug so we can fix it.

Should I have one observation multiplayer.
Screen is a player's perspective No.1
No.2 player to switch navigation lights.
from the perspective of player # 2 is in turn,
