The diesel/electric adhesion model is part of the "original" physics.

I will try and have a look at it to see what I can do about it.

There appears to have been an issue with the calculation of brake force for diesel and electric locomotives once they were identified as being in a wheel skid process. I think that this should be corrected in #3690.

Thanks for the update Peter. I can confirm that diesels and electrics are now performing correctly for wheelskid ;)
