Hello

with a colleague, we want to create a new dispatching application for the Czech player.
Would be someone willing to offer advice on what and how?
1.From the first dispatching application reads the state of switches, signals?
2.Where does the second location information of trains?
3. How dispatcher communicates with other applications?

Thank you for your advice

There are no public interfaces to any data within Open Rails at the moment. Attempting to extract data through undocumented means is not advisable (and will be quite tricky).

We are, however, planning the basis for public interfaces, so you're encouraged to follow and support this.

We are now working on the Czech dispatching application.

Here is a client image that connects to Server Open Rails and provides communication between Open Rails and the Czech Application Dispatcher.
Client created Samuel Filip

Program hJOP created Jan Horáček,Now Samuel Filip is communicating with the client and the hJOP will be modified

Congratulations for this! Is there some possibility that the source files may be available under the GNU license, like the OR source code?

hJOP is being developed as an opensource project under Apache License v2.0 and is programmed in Delphi.
hJOP has the original purpose of controlling the model track

our dispatcher application, or better, the interface between hJOP and Open Rails is also programmed in Delphi

I'll add more insights from the work in time, but I'll definitely need to make some modifications in the OR :)

Good day, new infromation from the project:

Here is a sample of hJOP

hJOP - is the main control for switches, lights, train paths.

hJOP - unable to plot the track, must be created in the editor

Here is screen from switches.

Switches have two states 0 or 1 (straight or into the branch )

Switch control is simple.
