Anaconda Gold Mine Company

1902

Anaconda, Colorado

This mine operated between the late 1800s and 1908 at which time it had been closed. It was a tunnel mine with horizontal shafts that fed a series of ore houses that loaded onto the FCC RR in the Cripple Creek District.

These structures are a set that will create all of the main surface structures of the mine as it existed. they also had other shafts and claims but this was the main central location.

A layout is provided using a historic photograph.

Cribbing walls and tailing piles and tramways are availble seperately to create this mine site.
